Hiring: Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer
Location: Trivandrum/Kochi (1 Week Onsite), Remote
Shift Timing: 02:00 PM IST – 11:00 PM IST
Salary: 1.2 LPM + GST
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Experience Required: 5–8 Years
Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer to design and implement AI guardrails, runtime controls, and governance mechanisms for enterprise AI systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in AI security, governance automation, and enterprise risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement prompt filtering and output validation mechanisms
- Build misuse protection and runtime safety controls
- Develop audit, traceability, and governance frameworks
- Define reusable AI safety patterns across AI agents
- Analyze AI risk scenarios including prompt injection, hallucinations, and data leakage
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Python and scripting
- Experience with security or governance-related systems
- Hands-on experience with policy-as-code or rule engines
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI risks and compliance practices
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Saviynt, ServiceNow, IAM workflows
- Knowledge of Responsible AI or model risk frameworks
Additional Information:
- Candidates must work from the Trivandrum/Kochi office for the first week, followed by remote work
- PAN Card and Aadhaar Card are mandatory for background verification (BGV)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
