We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team in Erode. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills to generate sales and build strong customer relationships over the phone.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer details in CRM/Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
