About the Role
Excellifes Support Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive to support the sales team through lead management, client coordination, documentation, follow-ups, and operational sales support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales understanding, and the ability to manage backend processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle backend sales operations and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales reports
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, payments, and documentation
- Prepare proposals, quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Professional and positive attitude
