Office Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ( Monday to Saturday)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment and support HR operations for our growing school.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, WorkIndia, Apna, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with Management and Centre Heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate database and MIS reports.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
- Coordinate document verification, onboarding and joining formalities.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and recruitment portals.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
