Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and energetic US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in W2 recruitment and handling Tier-1 clients/vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on direct client and Tier-1 vendor requirements for US IT positions.
- Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
- Strong experience working with W2 consultants and understanding W2 hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/vendors.
- Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely submissions with high-quality candidate profiles.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and updates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining status.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience working on W2 requirements.
- Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Experience using job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of various IT technologies and roles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ATS systems.
- Prior experience with direct clients is a plus.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
