Important Note
Candidates without hands-on Farvision CRM experience will not be considered for this role. Please apply only if you have relevant Farvision experience.
Job Location: Plot No. SC-02G, Sector 150 Sports City, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201308
Landmark: ACE Parkway
Job Timing: 10:30 Am to 6:30 PM
Work Schedule: 6-day working week with one rotational weekly off on a weekday.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Prepare and manage customer-related documentation.
- Deliver a seamless post-sales customer experience.
What We're Looking For
✔ 3–4 years of CRM experience.
✔ Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
✔ Hands-on experience with Farvision CRM is mandatory.
✔ Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
✔ Experience in customer documentation and post-sales processes.
✔ Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
