Qualification:
- ITI Electrician (Mandatory)
- PWD Electrical License (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction or facility management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore power supply.
- Maintain LT panels, DBs, MCCBs, MCBs, transformers, and electrical equipment.
- Install, repair, and maintain lighting systems, power sockets, wiring, and electrical fixtures.
- Operate and maintain DG sets, UPS systems, and emergency lighting.
- Monitor electrical load and ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Attend electrical complaints raised by occupants within the defined timeline.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment and record observations.
- Follow electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs and service reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in electrical rooms and work areas.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
