Job Purpose:
A strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the sales analytics agenda and accelerating business growth across the organization. This role owns the end-to-end analytics strategy for sales and purchase efficiency, leads a team of analysts, and partners with senior leadership to convert data into enterprise-wide decisions. The role is accountable for building scalable BI and AI-driven capabilities, driving high-impact incentive and growth programs, and mentoring a team to deliver actionable, forward-looking insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Analytics Strategy & Insights

Own and drive the enterprise sales analytics strategy, aligning KPI frameworks with organizational growth objectives.

Lead advanced descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to solve complex, high-stakes business problems.

Lead root-cause investigations on KPI shifts, synthesizing internal and external factors into strategic recommendations for senior leadership and CXO forums.

Identify enterprise-level growth levers and translate them into a prioritized roadmap of actionable initiatives.

Partner with cross-functional and senior leadership teams to embed analytical insights into strategic and operational decision-making.

Driving Programs & Business Growth

Own the design and strategic direction of large-scale incentive plans and sales growth programs spanning multiple stakeholder groups.
