Job Description
- Configure automation workflows CRM rules and integrations as per approved designs
- Execute AI tool setup testing and deployment under defined automation guidelines
- Support implementation of process automation across business operations workflows
- Maintain automation configurations scripts logs and execution documentation
- Monitor automation runs identify errors and report exceptions promptly
- Perform routine testing validation and troubleshooting of automation workflows
- Support data preparation tagging and structuring for AI tool usage
- Assist in maintaining automation dashboards performance metrics and reports
- Coordinate with functional teams for automation execution support activities
- Escalate automation issues performance gaps and failures to reporting manager
