Title: SR. MANAGER (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)
Qualification : CA/CA-Inter/ MBA Finance/Equivalent
Experience : 8+ yrs

Skills :
· Strong financial, accounting, and managerial skills.
· Strong ability to implement and monitor internal controls.
· Producing the monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packs complete
with all actual numbers and comparison with Budget/Forecast.
· Liaising with a number of internal stakeholders/Investors ranging from the corporate
executives as well as sales and operational teams at a divisional/subsidiary level
· Able to run temporary and set up accounting functions where company projects are
executed across the country.
· Working with Subsidiary heads and subsidiary Finance Managers to review subsidiary
financials periodically, and prepare budgets, forecasts, and other financial plans.
· Liaison with external auditors (Group and Subsidiaries) to ensure that audits are
properly planned, and carried out and that financial reports are prepared within set timelines.
. Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
. Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
. Managing cash flow, financial risks, and capital structure.
. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
. Providing strategic recommendations to the Higher authorities .
. Leading and mentoring the finance team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
