The main goal is to answer their questions, explain our treatments, and encourage them to visit the clinic. The telecaller will also help in increasing patient appointments and clinic footfall.
Key Responsibilities
- Call people who have shown interest in our services (from Google, website, or social media leads).
- Explain our skin and hair treatments clearly.
- Answer patient questions politely.
- Convince interested people to book an appointment at the clinic.
- Follow up with patients who showed interest earlier.
- Keep records of calls and patient details in the CRM system.
- Work to achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Share feedback about patient queries with the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate is preferred).
- Good speaking and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM.
- Friendly, confident, and polite while talking to patients.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
