Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive International Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell premium diamond jewellery to global clients. The candidate will handle outbound/inbound calls, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international leads and handle inbound inquiries.
- Promote and sell diamond jewellery collections to overseas customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Handle customer objections and provide excellent after-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of diamond jewellery
- Comfortable working in night shifts (for US/UK).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
