We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of recruitment experience and good communication skills in English. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and management
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
