We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter intern to join our team.This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidate through job portals,social media,and references.
- Screen resume and shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate interviews with managers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining updates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Support day -to-day recruitment
