Job Title: Machine Assembly Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Machine Assembly Technicians to assemble industrial machines and equipment according to engineering drawings and assembly instructions. Both freshers with basic mechanical knowledge and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble machines, mechanical components, and sub-assemblies as per engineering drawings.
- Read and understand assembly drawings, mechanical blueprints, and work instructions.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Steel Scales for accurate measurements.
- Operate and handle hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform fitting, alignment, drilling, tapping, fastening, and mechanical adjustments.
- Inspect assembled machines to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and report assembly issues or defects.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support machine installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of machine assembly and mechanical fitting.
- Ability to use Vernier Calipers and other measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of hand tools such as spanners, Allen keys, screwdrivers, hammers, pliers, torque wrenches, and drills.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings and assembly procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
EligibilityFreshers
- ITI (Fitter, Mechanic, Turner), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical components, measuring instruments, and machine assembly.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Experienced Candidates
- 1–5+ years of experience in machine assembly, mechanical fitting, or industrial equipment assembly.
- Hands-on experience with assembly of special-purpose machines (SPM), automation equipment, CNC machines, or industrial machinery is preferred.
- Experience using measuring instruments and mechanical assembly tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues.
