Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, seller account management, and online sales across major e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Register and manage seller accounts on online marketplaces.
- List new products and maintain existing product catalogs.
- Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and inventory.
- Manage product approvals and coordinate with marketplace support teams.
- Process and monitor online orders, returns, and customer queries.
- Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, dispatch, and promotions.
Required Skills
- Experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Myntra, or other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Knowledge of seller registration, onboarding, and product listing.
- Familiarity with catalog management and inventory updates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketplace accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce, online marketplace management, or digital retail.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings.
- Experience with advertising tools such as Amazon Ads or Flipkart Ads.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and order management software.
