Daily shop wise planning & control inventory to review ground floor every department
Daily shop wise ( production vs actual ) review and performance mail to every department and its availability confirmation.
Daily production meeting conducted for short fall gap analysis and its recovery plan.
WIP inventory liquidation plan ( if any ) of slow, red & dead.
Schedule delay information given to CRM &PPC - Head if any.
Daily critical supply must be completed and per target date.
WIP & FG inventory should be control as per norms (>30 days should be zero).
Support in 5S and Kaizen activity.
Any other work given by HOD.
