Team Lead – Warehouse Operations
## Job Role
Responsible for handling daily warehouse activities and managing a team to ensure smooth operations.
## Main Responsibilities
### Warehouse Operations
* Supervise receiving, storage, dispatch, billing support, and logistics activities.
* Ensure materials are received, stored, and dispatched correctly and on time.
* Monitor loading and unloading of goods.
* Maintain proper storage and warehouse space utilization.
* Follow company procedures and warehouse rules.
### Team Handling
* Lead and manage warehouse staff.
* Assign daily work and monitor performance.
* Conduct daily team meetings and guide employees.
* Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety among team members.
### Inventory Control
* Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock checks.
* Monitor stock movement and support stock reconciliation.
* Identify and report stock differences or damages.
* Ensure proper handling of products to avoid losses.
### Safety & Housekeeping
* Follow all safety rules and company guidelines.
* Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
* Support safety audits and corrective actions.
### Reports & Coordination
* Prepare daily warehouse reports.
* Maintain records and documents accurately.
* Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
* Report issues to management on time.
## Required Skills
* Team handling and leadership skills.
* Warehouse and inventory management knowledge.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/ERP).
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
## Qualification & Experience
* Any Graduate.
* 2–5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory, or Supply Chain operations.
* Experience in handling a team is preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
