We are looking for a Marketing & Dealer Relationship Executive who can help us increase sales by working closely with our dealers and retailers. The person will be responsible for visiting dealers, maintaining good relationships with them, understanding their sales performance, suggesting new sales schemes, and ensuring our products are always available and properly displayed in stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit dealers and retailers in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers.
- Track and analyze dealer sales performance.
- Suggest and implement sales promotion activities, offers, and incentive schemes to increase sales.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and visible at dealer and retail stores.
- Check stock availability and coordinate timely refilling of products.
- Communicate regularly with dealers regarding new products, offers, and business updates.
- Collect market feedback and information about competitors.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand business.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare basic sales and market reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, dealer management, or a similar role.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Willingness to travel and meet dealers regularly.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
