We are expanding our HR services network and looking for dynamic freelance Business Development professionals who can help connect businesses with professional HR solutions such as Permanent Recruitment, Labor Contract, Total HR Services and HR Advisory services.
Your Role
As a Freelancer BDE, you will drive business growth by connecting with companies needing HR services and converting opportunities into successful business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for HR services
- Pitch HR solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal team for proposals and closures
- Drive revenue through successful conversions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B sales / HR services / consulting (preferred)
- Good professional network is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
