Hiring: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline
- Promote and sell products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients
- Meet customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and identify potential growth opportunities
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales
- Experience in Industrial Products, Manufacturing Sales, Product Sales, or Water Treatment Solutions is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent client relationship management abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits
