Overview:
Automation Test Engineer for Banking project
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript).

Design and enhance automation frameworks for web application testing.

Perform functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.

Automate API testing using Playwright, Postman, or similar tools.

Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and work with development teams for resolution.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Prepare and maintain test cases, test plans, and automation documentation.
Essential skills:
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript.

Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.

Hands-on experience in UI automation and cross-browser testing.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Playwright.
