Job summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning skills, analytical thinking, and a good understanding of current social media trends.
Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
Creative mindset with attention to details.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube).
Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Manage day-to-day posting, comments, messages, and community engagement.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams.
Manage paid social media ads and optimize campaigns (basic to intermediate level).
Maintain a social media content calendar.
