Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving business growth through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Develop content strategies for social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
- Generate leads through digital channels and track conversion metrics.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to achieve marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
