Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Lamination Operator to operate automatic lamination machines in our flexible packaging manufacturing unit. The candidate should ensure smooth machine operation, consistent quality, and minimal wastage during production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automatic lamination machines (solvent-based / solventless / thermal)
- Set up machine parameters according to job requirements
- Handle packaging materials such as BOPP, PET, PE, CPP, Foil, Nylon
- Control adhesive mixing, coating weight, and curing process
- Check lamination quality including bonding strength, alignment, and finish
- Reduce wastage and meet production targets
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production and quality records
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating automatic lamination machines in the packaging industry
- Knowledge of flexible packaging materials and adhesives
- Ability to work independently and in shifts
- Strong attention to quality and safety
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field
- SSC/HSC

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹29,500.00 per month
