We're hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to own all external customer-facing coordination for a premium home textiles D2C brand with hotel and retail clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer care queries and complaint resolution
- Act as marketplace POC (listings, issues, escalations)
- Act as retail store POC
- Manage trade program relationships (interior designers, architects)
- Support research and sourcing tasks
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication - English and Hindi both
- Comfortable representing a premium brand across different audiences (retail customers to trade clients)
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, or client relations preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
