Respond to customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, or CRM.
Record and assign all new leads in the CRM system.
Follow up on quotations, samples, and pending orders.
Coordinate with the sales team to send quotations on time.
Monitor sample dispatch and collect customer feedback.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order confirmation.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
