Senior HR Executive

Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturday: Half Day
Experience
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Prior experience in the Tours & Travel industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
- Coordinate performance reviews, confirmations, and HR policies.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Work closely with management on hiring and organizational initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
