As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions, providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and application development methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Migration.
- Experience with data governance and data quality management.
- Strong understanding of application development life cycle and methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data migration processes.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for data transfer.
