- Prepare and cook Chinese dishes as per recipes and standards
- Handle the Chinese section independently during service
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent
- Supervise and guide commis chefs and kitchen helpers
- Prepare mise en place and manage daily prep work
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and inform the kitchen team about requirements
- Reduce wastage and use ingredients efficiently
