Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Relationship Manager to lead our Application and Visa Processing Team while building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B partners, international education agents, universities, and their students. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth application processing, timely visa submissions, and excellent partner support to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership
- Lead and manage the Application and Visa Processing Team.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of applications and visa files.
- Allocate tasks and track team performance against deadlines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve productivity and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and immigration guidelines.
B2B Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international B2B education agents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner agents regarding application and visa matters.
- Coordinate with agents to collect pending documents and resolve case-related issues.
- Support partners in understanding admission procedures and documentation requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth case progression.
Student & University Coordination
- Coordinate with students and counsellors to ensure all required documents are received on time.
- Liaise with universities and colleges regarding application status, offer letters, and admission updates.
- Assist in resolving complex application and visa-related issues.
- Ensure students receive timely updates throughout the admission and visa process.
Operations & Quality Control
- Monitor application turnaround times and visa success rates.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on applications, visas, and partner performance.
- Ensure all student records are updated accurately in the CRM system.
Business Development Support
- Work closely with the sales and counselling teams to improve conversion rates.
- Strengthen relationships with existing B2B partners and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Support onboarding of new education agents and institutional partners.
- Represent the company in partner meetings, webinars, and educational events when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Study Abroad or International Education industry.
- Proven experience in managing application and visa processing.
- Experience in handling B2B partnerships, education agents, or university collaborations.
- Prior team management experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
