Job Title: Real Estate Team Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Lead to manage, mentor, and drive the performance of a team of real estate professionals. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, support business development, ensure exceptional client service, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor new and existing team members.
- Develop business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
