Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage partnerships with corporate CSR teams, foundations, NGOs, and government stakeholders.
- Secure CSR funding for Skill Labs, STEM Labs, and AVGC Labs in schools.
- Prepare CSR proposals, presentations, budgets, MoUs, and impact reports.
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of CSR-funded education projects.
- Monitor project implementation, compliance, budgets, and reporting.
- Conduct CSR research to identify new funding opportunities and corporate partners.
- Represent the organization at CSR forums, corporate meetings, and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, Public Policy, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in CSR, corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, or program management.
- Strong knowledge of CSR regulations and corporate CSR practices.
- Excellent communication, proposal writing, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/project management tools are an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and project implementation.
Preferred: Experience in education-focused CSR projects, knowledge of NEP 2020, and an existing network with CSR teams or corporate foundations.
