We are hiring Telecallers / Customer Support Executives for our Ambattur, Chennai office.
Requirements:
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, BPO, Voice Process, Telesales, Customer Care, or Call Center
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
Languages Required (Mandatory):
- Malayalam
- Telugu
- Hindi
- English
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Assist customers and resolve queries
- Follow up with leads and customers
- Maintain customer records
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
