Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-ups• Maintain and update lead status in CRM systems (Zoho or similar)• Coordinate with the sales team to track conversions and pipeline movement
Sales Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports• Maintain accurate MIS records for leads, conversions, and revenue tracking• Analyze data to support management decision-making
CRM Management
- Ensure all customer interactions are properly logged in CRM• Maintain database hygiene and update client records regularly• Generate reports and insights from CRM tools
Digital Marketing
- Assist in executing basic marketing activities (email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, etc.)• Coordinate with internal teams for promotional initiatives• Support lead generation activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)• Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)• Strong communication skills in English• Basic understanding of sales processes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
