Position: Construction Engineer
Department: Civil
Reports To: Managing Director
Location: Rewari (Haryana)
Education: B.Tech/BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 3–5 years in construction/project execution (real estate)
Job Summary:
Construction Engineer responsible for site execution, project coordination, quality control, and cost monitoring in real estate projects. Ensures timely project delivery in compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
- Ensure work as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards.
- Track and verify material usage, measurements, and contractor billing.
- Implement and monitor site safety practices and compliance.
- Identify and resolve technical and site execution issues.
- Maintain site documentation, DPRs, MIS reports, and records.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
