### Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
✅ Develop and implement HR policies and processes
✅ Handle employee relations and grievance management
✅ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
✅ Support performance management and training programs
✅ Ensure statutory compliance and HR documentation
✅ Maintain employee records and HR reports
### Requirements:
✔ Master's degree in HR
✔ Minimum 3 years of Proven experience in HR management roles
✔ Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
