Role Description - Team Lead
As a Team Lead at NEUROLAB, you will be instrumental in shaping the success of our projects and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. This on-site, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and inspire a cross-functional team, ensuring the seamless execution of electronic product design, firmware development, prototyping, and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management: Lead and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
Project Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the application of best practices and adherence to project requirements.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives, provide updates, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor workloads to optimize team productivity and achieve project goals.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development within the team.
Problem Resolution: Proactively address challenges, identify solutions, and facilitate effective problem resolution to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance measures, conduct regular reviews, and ensure compliance with coding standards and project specifications.
Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication within the team and across departments, ensuring a cohesive and supportive working environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a technical role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position.
Strong technical background with expertise in electronic product design, firmware development, or a related field.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
