HubSpot CRM Developer
Location: Remote – Pacific Time Zone Experience: 3–5 Years
About the Role
A professional skincare brand with over 20 years in the industry, serving both retail consumers and licensed estheticians through a dual DTC and B2B model. We're looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Developer to help us build smarter automation, cleaner data, and more effective marketing and sales workflows across both our consumer and professional channels. This is a part-time remote role suited for a self-starter who can manage their own workload, communicate clearly with a small team, and deliver reliable CRM solutions within a focused 4-hour daily shift.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing, lifecycle stage automation, follow-up sequences, and internal team notifications across sales and marketing functions.
- Design and implement custom HubSpot email templates and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines for campaigns targeting both retail consumers and professional estheticians.
- Maintain data integrity across the CRM — including deduplication, property standardization, and enrichment via ZoomInfo by DiscoverOrg — to keep contact and company records accurate and actionable.
- Manage the Shopify–HubSpot integration to ensure eCommerce data (orders, customers, purchase history) flows correctly into CRM for segmentation, lifecycle tracking, and sales follow-up.
- Own Zapier automation workflows that connect HubSpot to tools without native integrations, building and maintaining Zaps that support marketing, sales, and operations processes.
- Manage document and contract workflows using Docusign and Zoho Sign for HubSpot, ensuring pro/spa partner agreements are properly tracked and associated with CRM records.
- Support LinkedIn CRM Sync configuration to keep contact and company data aligned between LinkedIn and HubSpot for outbound B2B prospecting efforts.
- Build and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards covering pipeline health, campaign performance, email engagement, and attribution from connected channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Search Console.
- Document all CRM configurations, workflow logic, integration setups, and data structures to ensure continuity and make it easy for the team to understand and maintain the system.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Log in at 9:00 AM PT and review any CRM alerts, broken workflows, failed email sends, Zapier errors, or Shopify sync issues that need immediate attention.
- Pull from the task queue to execute ongoing CRM projects — workflow builds, list updates, template edits, integration fixes, or report refreshes based on team priorities.
- Check in with the marketing or sales team briefly via Microsoft Teams to align on active campaigns, upcoming launches, pro partner outreach, or any pending CRM requests.
- QA all workflow logic, email sends, Zapier automations, and data updates before going live to prevent unintended triggers, sync conflicts, or data integrity issues.
- Log completed work, configuration changes, and any known issues or recommendations to keep stakeholders informed and maintain a reliable audit trail.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM development and administration experience
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub
- Strong understanding of workflow automation, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring
- Hands-on experience with the Shopify–HubSpot integration
- Experience building and maintaining Zapier automations connected to HubSpot
- Familiarity with Docusign, LinkedIn CRM Sync, and ZoomInfo (or similar enrichment tools)
- Experience connecting social and analytics platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Search Console) to HubSpot for attribution reporting
- Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote capacity
- Available Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific Time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
