We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their professional background and career goals, explaining suitable courses, following up with leads, and supporting students throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Understand students' educational background, career goals, and course requirements.
* Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
* Guide students in selecting the right course based on their interests and career objectives.
* Follow up regularly with interested students and convert enquiries into admissions.
* Maintain proper records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
* Achieve achievable monthly targets.
* Build positive relationships with students and provide excellent counselling support.
* Handle student queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
* *Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in academic counselling, student counselling.*
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong convincing and counselling skills.
* Ability to communicate confidently with students.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
