Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet prospective customers, and close sales outside the showroom. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, client meetings, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, architects, and builders
- Meet potential customers at their homes, offices, or project sites
- Understand client requirements and present suitable furniture/interior solutions
- Coordinate with design team for proposals and quotations
- Follow up with prospects and close sales
- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, and channel partners
- Conduct site measurements when required
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain daily visit reports and CRM updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales (Furniture/Interior/Real Estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel locally
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
