Job Summary
The Investment Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The role involves financial modeling, market research, due diligence, risk assessment, investor relations, and strategic decision-making to maximize returns and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in real estate and related sectors.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial analysis for potential projects.
- Prepare detailed financial models, investment proposals, and business cases.
- Analyze project profitability, ROI, IRR, cash flows, and investment risks.
- Lead financial and commercial due diligence processes.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, sales, and project teams during investment evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Assist in raising capital and securing project funding.
- Monitor investment performance and prepare periodic reports for management and stakeholders.
- Track market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
- Support strategic planning and portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and company policies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
