PriMovers Health is looking for a confident, professional, and patient-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities: Manage patient appointments, bookings, slot confirmations, cancellations & rescheduling Coordinate with doctors regarding schedules and patient appointments Handle patient calls, queries, and front desk operations Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience as the first point of contact Maintain records and support basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi Confident, polite, and professional approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & computer operations Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Prior healthcare/Front Desk Experience/Customer Support/Fresher any of these roles can apply.
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM
