We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in planning, executing, and delivering successful ERP solutions while ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects from planning to successful go-live.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical and functional teams for effective solution delivery.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies.
- Manage client communication, meetings, and project updates.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct user training and support change management activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Prepare implementation reports and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and project management.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, processes, and implementation methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience in the Education domain (ERP solutions for schools/colleges) will be an added advantage
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant ERP implementation certifications will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in successfully delivering ERP implementation projects.
- Ability to work with clients, understand business requirements, and provide effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
