We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth.
- Research and identify potential clients in the IT and technology sectors.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead strategies.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and measure conversion rates.
- Schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- Prepare and share regular reports on lead generation performance.
- Continuously improve lead generation processes based on data insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (preferably in IT).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
- Self-motivated and able to meet targets independently.
- Understanding of IT products, software, or SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing for B2B lead generation.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
