About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Executive to support our ATL (Above-the-Line) and Digital Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about marketing, eager to learn, and capable of coordinating campaigns across both traditional and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities ATL Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing ATL marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Support the development of promotional materials, print advertisements, and branding activities.
- Track campaign execution and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in organizing marketing events and promotional activities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update social media platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for digital campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
- Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools.
- Support email marketing and lead generation initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Required Skills
- Understanding of ATL and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or Google Analytics will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
