We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pedagogy Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, developing comprehensive curriculum modules, and mentoring students preparing for competitive teaching examinations (such as TET, CTET, and State PSCs). You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of educators by simplifying complex psychological theories and teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures on Child Development and Pedagogy (CDP), learning theories, and classroom management.
- Content Development: Design and update study materials, practice sets, and mock tests aligned with the latest exam patterns.
- Student Mentorship: Provide guidance on exam strategies, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, and monitor student progress.
- Digital Engagement: (Optional/If applicable) Conduct live webinars and record video sessions for our online learning platforms.
- Curriculum Mapping: Ensure the syllabus is completed within stipulated timelines while maintaining high educational standards
Pay: ₹9,803.36 - ₹53,844.26 per month
