- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Document development processes and solutions to support future maintenance and upgrades.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing cloud-based human capital management solutions.
- Ability to work with integration tools and APIs to connect Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within cloud environments.
