The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining WTW IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, and efficiency. They will manage IT teams, networks, software systems, and technical support services to enhance business operations.
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to lead our IT team, ensure system efficiency, and enhance network security. The ideal candidate should have expertise in IT management, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT service management (ITSM). Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL.

Familiarity with network security protocols, firewalls, and data protection.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in system monitoring, IT automation, and troubleshooting tools.
