AIPSoft Technologies provides cloud billing, accounting, POS, CRM, and ERP solutions for businesses across the UAE and GCC region. We are looking for an organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to join our team and help manage software implementation and client coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between clients, developers, support teams, and management.
- Gather, document, and communicate client requirements.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Create and manage project documentation, task lists, and meeting notes.
- Follow up with internal teams and clients regarding project updates.
- Coordinate software implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Assist in issue tracking and support handovers after project delivery.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, IT Coordination, ERP/POS Implementation, Customer Success, or a related role.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience in software, ERP, POS, CRM, or IT project coordination is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with clients from the UAE/GCC region.
- Knowledge of software development and implementation processes.
- Basic coding, SQL, database knowledge, or software development experience will be considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
